David has over twenty years of experience representing clients in matters involving securities, employment, unfair competition and general business litigation. He has handled numerous cases involving securities fraud, shareholder disputes, insider trading, wrongful termination, theft of trade secrets, discrimination, wage and hour disputes, claims for violation of California's Unfair Competition Law (Business & Professions Code section 17200), enforcement of judgments, price fixing, monopolization, class actions and international business litigation.
David serves as outside general counsel for several early to mid-stage companies and has represented clients in the financial services, technology, entertainment, retail, hospitality, education, agriculture and real estate sectors.
David has extensive experience with jury and bench trials as well as arbitrations administered by FINRA, the International Centre for Dispute Resolution, the American Arbitration Association and JAMS.
David graduated with great distinction from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. David also holds a bachelors of science degree in Business Administration from San Diego State University.
